Brand Story Video
Characters that carry your brand—in 2D and 3D.
Mascots, campaign figures and IP built to move.
Superpixel builds character animation services around figures people remember—expressive mascots, campaign leads and brand IP designed once and animated to work across video, social and web, whether the look is hand-drawn 2D or fully rigged 3D—so a single character stays on-model everywhere it appears.

A character is only worth the investment if it holds up in motion. We design and rig characters so they stay on-model across every cut, expression and platform—the walk cycle, the reaction shot, the two-second social loop—instead of a static mascot that falls apart the moment it has to act. Since 2015 we’ve animated across 2D and 3D, and we pick the technique that fits the brand and the budget, not the other way round.
Four studios across Asia-Pacific and North America give us timezone coverage from brief to delivery, so review cycles don’t stall waiting on one office. When a project needs the character to sit inside a larger explainer, spot or campaign film, the same team carries it through—see our 2D animation services for the wider production picture.
Five ways we take a character from idea to finished animation. Most briefs combine two or three of these.
Hand-drawn and rigged 2D characters with expressive frame-by-frame or puppet motion for explainers, spots and social.

FAQ
Yes. We work in both and recommend the technique that fits your brand, budget and where the character will live—2D for warmer, illustrative, fast-turnaround work, 3D where you need depth, realism or a reusable rig for hero pieces. Some briefs use both, with the same team keeping the character on-model across styles.
Both. We regularly design original mascots and brand IP from the first sketch through turnaround, rig and finished animation, and we also take existing characters or brand guidelines and build them into something that moves consistently. Working from zero means one accountable team owns the whole pipeline.
It depends on 2D versus 3D, how many characters and shots, and whether we’re designing from scratch or animating an existing figure. Most of our projects land in the S$10,000–20,000 range. Once we understand the scope—character count, length, and how many formats you need—we give a fixed quote rather than an open-ended estimate.
A focused piece with an existing character can move quickly; a full design-to-animation build with an original mascot and rig takes longer because design and rigging happen before any final animation. We set a schedule against your brief up front and build in defined review points, so timing is clear before we start rather than a moving target.
That’s the point of building it properly. We design and rig characters so they stay on-model across cuts, expressions and formats—a hero film, a social loop and a web animation all read as the same character. For long-term brand IP, that consistency is what protects the investment over time.
Yes, and we build with that in mind. A well-designed mascot or IP character—especially a rigged one—becomes a reusable asset you can bring back for new campaigns, formats and channels without redesigning from scratch. We can hand over the character in a way that keeps it usable across future work.
