Most event videos fail the same way: a crew turns up on the day, shoots safe wide coverage, and delivers a montage weeks later that nobody watches. Good event coverage is planned like a show — run sheet read, reveal moments marked, cameras already in position when the lights drop — and cut fast enough that the film lands while people are still talking about the night.
Superpixel is in an unusual position for this: we build show content ourselves — projection mapping, LED screen visuals and holographic moments — with 11 event productions and 10 projection and immersive builds in the portfolio, so we know when the room will look its best and where the lens should be. For multi-cam live coverage we shoot with our live-action partner Thunk, with Superpixel leading creative direction from recce to final delivery.
Every event is scoped around your run sheet, venue and deliverables. Book coverage on its own, or add the screen content we build in-house.
A cinematic record of the launch moment, cut around the reveal, the speeches and the reaction in the room.

FAQ
Most Superpixel projects sit in the S$10,000–20,000 band, and event work follows the same pattern: single-day highlights coverage sits at the lower end, while multi-day conference coverage with same-day edits and an aftermovie pushes toward the top. Send us the run sheet and deliverables list and we’ll quote against those.
A same-day edit is a highlights reel cut on site during your event and screened before it ends — usually in the closing segment of a gala or conference. It needs an edit station at the venue and a locked run sheet, so confirm it at booking rather than on the day.
Same-day edits screen at the event itself; highlight films and aftermovies typically deliver within one to two weeks, with social cutdowns following the master cut. For multi-day conferences with full session recordings we agree a delivery schedule before the shoot.
Live-action coverage is delivered with our partner studio Thunk, who supports the multi-cam shoot on the ground, while Superpixel leads creative direction, the edit and all deliverables. You brief one team and keep one point of contact from recce to final files.
Yes — projection mapping, LED screen visuals and holographic content are built in-house at Superpixel, so the team filming your event can be the same one that staged what’s on screen. That overlap is usually where the strongest shots come from.
The run sheet, floor plan and a list of must-capture moments — speeches, reveals, VIP walkthroughs — plus venue access for a recce on larger shows. The earlier we see the programme, the better we can position cameras for the moments that matter.
