Resorts World Sentosa set out to elevate its VIP Oktoberfest 2025 celebration by transforming Adventure Cove Waterpark into a Bavarian Biergarten for 800 guests.
Our role was to carry that same festive energy onto the screens. We created a series of event motion visuals designed to capture the warmth, rhythm, and spirit of celebration throughout the night, supporting the atmosphere as guests moved, gathered, and celebrated across the space.
The animations were designed to feel lively, welcoming, and immersive when experienced at scale on LED screens and event displays. The motion responded naturally to the pace of the event, enhancing the environment without overpowering it.
The event visuals were designed to live across three different screen types, each with its own scale, orientation, and viewing distance. From the Main Pool Stage at Bluewater Bay Wave Pool, which featured five coordinated screens, to Bay Level 2 LED screens and the Seahorse | Cool Pool LED screen, each canvas required a tailored visual approach.
Rather than creating one-size-fits-all content, we adapted the animations to respond to the unique layout of each screen—ensuring the visuals felt cohesive across the venue while still working naturally within each environment. This allowed the motion graphics to scale from large, immersive focal points to more intimate viewing moments, supporting the overall atmosphere of the event throughout the space.
